Karasev: Russian strikes on Ukraine are a proposal for negotiations
The strikes on the territory of Ukraine, which Russia has been carrying out massively since Monday, are a demonstration of the nature of the war that can take on if Ukraine and the West do not negotiate.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Israeli Internet channel Iton TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Karasev, the blows being delivered now are not yet those that Russia can if they do not agree to its proposals.
“Attacks on critical and civilian infrastructure, on the capital and key cities of Ukraine, so far, even with such massiveness, relative surprise and destructiveness, are indicative and demonstrative in nature, what kind of war can take shape, how Russia will act if during the end of October-beginning of November there is no there will be no progress in the negotiation process and there will be no bargaining between Russia.
And, above all, the West - the United States of America, including in Ukraine,” Karasev said.
