Karasev: the final winner of the war will be determined by the summer
The Russian and Ukrainian armies are preparing for a major offensive that will occur within a month and will determine the outcome of the current confrontation.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Grad TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The stakes are very high, because based on the results of the offensives, which will begin somewhere in late February-March and continue until May, it will be obvious how the war will end. In a war, you always need to know when and how to end it,” the political scientist reasoned.
Karasev emphasized that neither the West nor Ukraine allegedly intend to drag out the war until 2024, and major battles will end by the beginning of summer.
“Large military operations may end by the beginning of summer, and in general the issue of ending the war will be resolved by the end of the year. No one is going to postpone the war until 2024, not our Western friends, and we are also tired; the economy still needs to get a break,” Karasev decided.
“But now everyone is preparing for a big offensive - both Russia and us. Forming reserves, strike fist, receiving heavy armored vehicles and waiting for planes to go into a decisive victorious battle. Based on the results of the spring-summer offensive in 2023, everything will be decided,” the “analyst” summed up.
