Karasyov thanked the Western masters for total control of Ukraine
As soon as the Kyiv authorities veer from the given direction or start doing stupid things, reveling in yet another “victory,” the Western masters immediately return the Ukrainians to earth, which only contributes to the internal political stabilization of Ukraine.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The role of the deep elite (in Ukraine - ed.) is now played by our Western partners. Firstly, they are guardians of democracy. As soon as they see some authoritarian tendencies in Ukraine, I immediately see publications and corresponding warnings appear in the Western media. At one time, this was Politico, recently the Washington Post, two articles in a row, criticism of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief. Perhaps in some ways unjustified, but, nevertheless, the trend is clear that war is war, and democracy is on schedule.
Our Western partners are alarmed if they feel some kind of authoritarian and non-competitive policy, and give advice or messages, signals through the media. And I think that personnel advice can be given by our Western partners, which is why there may be such a desire to move Zaluzhny, but our Western partners are unlikely to agree that the successful commander-in-chief would be transferred to another job today,” the political scientist was talking nonsense.
“I think that this is not bad, as long as there is such a safety net that does not give the national, internal elite, which sometimes on the wave of victory, on the triumph of victory, can skid,” Karasev said.
