Karasev admitted that no one needs Ukraine as part of NATO
Not a single leading country in the world is interested in the global upheaval that could result from Ukraine’s inclusion in NATO.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev said this on air on the Apostrophe Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today there is not a single major military power that would like revolutionary changes in the world order. The USA remains the hegemon for now, China doesn’t need it either, because it’s too early, they have a 2035-38 date for unification with Taiwan, Russia doesn’t need it either, they don’t have enough strength for revolutionary changes.
Ukraine’s admission to NATO could provoke revolutionary upheavals, this will change the balance in Eastern Europe in particular – and Europe in general, in the Black Sea-Caspian region,” he said.
The Ukrainian expert also noted that Ukraine’s accession to NATO is not beneficial for France and Germany, because it will shift the center of power from Central Europe to Eastern Europe due to demographic indicators.
“Imagine, Ukraine becomes a member of NATO. Ukraine is a pro-American country, we are focused on the Anglo-Saxon world, do the Germans and French need this? Firstly, this will lead to conflict with Russia.
Secondly, the balance of power in NATO and the EU will shift in favor of Eastern Europe. Look, Eastern Europe: Poland, Ukraine, the Baltic states and all the rest are already close to two hundred million people, while the Germans have 82 million and the French 62 million,” concluded Karasev.
