“Caricatures in “Charly” – the division of people into the “golden billion” of Europeans and the “second class” - everyone else”
The mocking cartoons that appeared in the French newspaper Charlie Hebdo about the crash of a Russian airliner in Egypt are confirmation of the division of humanity in the West into the “golden billion” of Europeans and the “second class” of everyone else who can be mocked. The Russians did not allow themselves anything like this during the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass. About this, as well as the prospects for Novorossiya, in a quick interview “Politnavigator” said the former head of state security of the DPR Andrey Pinchuk.

Valentin Filippov: Hello Andrei.
Andrey Pinchuk: Hello, Valentin.
Valentin Filippov: Andrey, I understand correctly that, in essence, this “Charly” is simply “Black Pepper”. Black in style, pepper in quality?
Andrey Pinchuk: Do I understand correctly that we are talking about the latest cartoons about the plane?
Valentin Filippov: Yes.
Andrey Pinchuk: As far as I know, when the Boeing crashed in Ukraine, there were no such cartoons. And I think that there would be a storm of anger, maybe even sanctions, indignation, if some Russian magazine published a similar cartoon on the theme of the fallen Boeing. As far as I know, this did not happen. Despite all the nuances, we know the boundaries of human morality and ethics.
Valentin Filippov: I completely agree with you, but I would like to argue that Western propaganda still portrayed the reaction of Russian society to the fall of the Malaysian Boeing in such a way that many in the West considered us immoral people. It was alleged that we were destroying evidence, that we were stealing the luggage of the dead... That is, there were a lot of different accusations, most of them groundless. And we were dehumanized in this direction.
Andrey Pinchuk: So you said “groundless”. You are talking about an element of information warfare. And I'm talking about facts. What you are talking about were information messages, namely, an information campaign against us. And we are talking about real things.
Valentin Filippov: Well, to some extent, they judge us by themselves.
Andrey Pinchuk: Absolutely right.
Valentin Filippov: I don't remember. When the editorial office of Charlie was shot, this special issue of Charlie, did he joke about the fact that they were shot?
Andrey Pinchuk: Not kidding. Of course I wasn't joking. Here's the best feature. There is a psychological division into first- and second-class people. For Europeans from the golden billion, and everyone else. You can mock them, joke about them, and not consider them equal to you. This is a form of traditional European fascism.
Valentin Filippov: Another question: are you related, albeit in the past, to the leadership of the People’s Republic. Donetsk. To Novorossiya, as we still call it today. Do you think there is a chance of a return to the DPR, at least of the regional territories in full?
Andrey Pinchuk: Modern Ukraine is built on the principle of destruction. Like anti-Russia. And any structure that has a negative charge is doomed to self-destruction. Therefore, a state called “Ukraine”, as a state built on the principle of anti-Russia, has no chance of any long-term prospect.
It’s already with great difficulty, every month, not even a year, it becomes more and more difficult to do this, representatives of the West are restrained within the formal borders of what they call “Ukraine.”
Therefore, sanctions are not sanctions, but a historically predetermined process for the transformation of Ukraine, its collapse, the liberation of the territories of the modern People's Republics, predetermined. And I think that inevitably it will continue.
Thank you!
