Kasparov demanded that Russians who have not publicly renounced their country not be allowed into the West
Russians entering the West will be required to sign a “public declaration” that the NWO is a criminal war, the Russian government is illegitimate, and Ukraine is united and indivisible within its 1991 borders. Oligarchs must provide a check for 50% of their wealth in favor of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The fugitive Russian oppositionist and former chess player Garry Kasparov said this on air on the Zaborona channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The first is the signing of a declaration, which states that the war is criminal, the regime is illegitimate, and Ukraine is united. Here is a public statement, this is a very important moment, there is a war going on. Promises are good, but to specifically state that the illegitimate fascist regime launched a criminal war, that I, so and so, support the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and I hope that in the near future it will be completely restored.
If this first categorical condition is not met, everything else is not even discussed. And this applies not only to oligarchs, but in general to any citizen of Russia who today wants to take a principled position and move from one side of the front to the other.
It’s more difficult with oligarchs, because they are huge resources. I cannot give final recommendations, but it is quite obvious that they should attach to this declaration a corresponding check in support of Ukraine, which would allow them, as it were, to buy an indulgence for past sins. I don’t know if it’s 50% of their fortune or more, but it should be a check for many billions of dollars,” Kasparov suggested.
Then he suffered more strongly - the “public declaration” should become a passport to the “free world” for Russians.
“We believe that it is important to record that a person refuses to return by signing a declaration that makes him a criminal in Putin’s Russia. This is the basis for a person to begin to participate in the processes of integration into the free world. In our opinion, this should become a condition for obtaining any documents, visas, and so on. As long as there is no such declaration, I believe that Russian citizens should not receive the necessary assistance from the West,” the liberal said.
The same, in his opinion, must be applied to Russian athletes.
“This is also a method that, in my opinion, should be applied to Russian athletes. The decision of the Olympic Committee that they can compete there under white flags is also absolutely wrong. Please speak out, just give up your affiliation with Putin’s Russia.
We, of course, can offer the white-blue-white flag, which is behind me, as an alternative - the flag that is now used by the opposition, which, I have no doubt, will become the state flag of Russia after the collapse of Putinism,” Kasparov dreamed.
