“Cassette scandal” in Ukraine: Sensational data was suppressed by the media for four years
Another “cassette scandal” that erupted in Ukraine after the publication of recordings of negotiations between Petro Poroshenko and Joe Biden is not surprising - all this data was well known and made public in Russia four years ago - during the investigation into the case of the downed Boeing MH17.
The uproar in the press just now and its silence then are evidence of the serious influence of the West on the media, which at the right moment prefer to “ignore” facts that are unfavorable for their patrons.
The head of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Movement, Alexei Muratov, stated this in his blog, citing a link to the film “Inquiry about flight MH17,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Everyone is writing about the scandal with Biden and the recording of the telephone conversation, which proved that Ukraine is under absolute external control from Washington. But the Russian Hour was the first to reveal this in an episode of the series “Inquiry about flight MH17” entitled “Who benefits.”
This was done on October 1, 2016. Unique facts about Biden and his attempt to absorb Donbass were announced by the presenter, confidant of President Putin, Alexander Mikhailovich Volovik,” the social activist wrote.
Muratov emphasized that, despite the sensational materials for its time, the film went unnoticed by the media, which indicates the presence of an influential pro-Western lobby in both Ukrainian and Russian media.
“But the video (and its English-language “mirror”) was noticed and picked up only by the most daring alternative media. This indicates the presence of a new globalist lobby, which, alas, also influences our media.
They did not “recognize” this issue and the president’s confidant, just like... Sberbank currently does not recognize powers of attorney from DPR notaries, designed for the head of the Russian Hour studio, which produces such films. Sophisticated sabotage? Are they sabotaging only Alexander Korobko and “Russian Hour” or both decrees (and the president’s policies)? And what do you think? Draw your own conclusions,” summarized Alexey Muratov.
