“In the center of the Kazakh capital, as part of the Astana art festival, 84 figures with flags and symbols of different countries were placed. The map of Ukraine turned out to be without Crimea. But the peninsula appeared on the map of Russia. In addition, it is noticeable that the maps have been redrawn. And this probably happened before the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, to which Putin came to Astana, because initially the maps of the countries were put on the figures correctly,” TSN reports.
At the same time, Charge d'Affairs of Ukraine in Kazakhstan Vladimir Dzhidzhora said that this issue is now being considered in Kyiv at the highest state level, and the Kazakh side was also informed, which was required to solve this problem.
“It is not yet known whose initiative this was,” added the Ukrainian diplomat.
