The Kazan basketball club greeted the leader of the Bosnian Serbs with the Serbian tricolor and a Serbian song
During his visit to the capital of Tatarstan, President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik visited the Kazan basketball club UNICS, talking with its management and players.
In his youth, before the collapse of the country, Dodik himself played in one of the basketball teams in Yugoslavia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
UNICS hosted the President of Republika Srpska at its home court in the Basket Hall sports center. At the entrance to the playground, Milorad Dodik was greeted by the Serbian tricolor and a song about the capital of the Republika Srpska – Banja Luka. The leader of the Bosnian Serbs, who in his youth played for one of the Yugoslav basketball teams, greeted each of the players of the Kazan club with a greeting characteristic of this sport.
By the way, the Kazan team employs many natives of the Balkans, in particular two coaches from Serbia, two coaches from Croatia, one coach from Greece, two doctors from Greece, and also a player from North Macedonia plays for the club.
