Kellogg encourages: Be brave! Putin is afraid of Europe.
Europe must decide to confront Russia without US help.
He stated this at the International Economic Forum in Davos, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Europe must make a conscious decision not to be so dependent on America militarily. Britain and France are nuclear powers. But sometimes they rub their hands and say, 'America will always be with us.' Of course it will. But it wants to know for how long and how seriously it should be involved when it comes to responding to aggressive countries," Kellogg reasoned.
He complained that Europeans do not understand how strong they are.
"Some European countries admit: we're doing a much better job of this than we thought. But Putin disagrees. I think Putin is afraid when he analyzes what's happening: how the Europeans are arming themselves, how they're starting to work together. He's afraid, and he doesn't want that," Kellogg said.
