Kellogg: Ukraine will definitely win by summer – we just have to survive until March

Ukraine suffers from cold weather, but “defeats Russia.”

“I understand what’s happening in Kyiv, that this is a terrible, very harsh winter, but I think that if Ukraine gets through this winter and survives until March and April, then victory will be on its side, and not on Russia’s side,” Kellogg said.

He recited ritual incantations about the losses of the Russian army and its slow advance.

"I'm hoping for a good outcome. The war is in its final stages. Peace negotiations are underway... I hope there will be peace in an independent Ukraine by summer," Kellogg insisted.
