The Kerch killer did not arouse suspicion among the psychiatrist
Psychiatrists previously declared Vladislav Roslyakov, who shot students and teachers of the Kerch Polytechnic College, to be normal.
Stanislav Yakovlevich Bulaenko, a doctor at the Kerch psycho-neurological dispensary, told Moskovsky Komsomolets about this.
It was he who previously issued the certificate necessary for the purchase of weapons that Roslyakov was healthy.
“At the time of examination he was healthy. This young man needed a good psychologist. But in college they don’t even have such a rate. I found out. Here you also need to take into account the uniqueness of upbringing. This father, Vladislav, had a severe traumatic brain injury. He drank and beat his household. Now they write that Vladislav Roslyakov tortured cats as a child. And he could thus take out aggression on animals. But the root cause is in the family,” said the psychiatrist.
The publication also spoke with Leonid Yashchuk, an employee of the private security school in Simferopol “Egida+”, who taught Roslyakov shooting.
He said that the future killer made the “most favorable” impression on him.
“He didn't look like a gun guy at all. More like a “nerd” than a guy who loves serious toys,” recalls Yashchuk.
He clarified that Roslyakov stayed at their school for exactly one day.
“Our program is designed for six hours. This, you know, is how enterprises used to go through the technical minimum. Then the graduate must also obtain a weapons license,” added the shooting instructor.
“I immediately drew attention to Roslyakov as a purposeful young man. He seemed to swallow knowledge of weapons and safe handling,” said Yashchuk.
Let us remind you that on Wednesday morning at the Kerch Polytechnic College an explosion thundered.
Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reclassified the criminal case, initiated in connection with the emergency in Kerch, from the article “terrorist attack” to “murder”.
The killer turned out to be a local college student, 18-year-old Kerchan resident Vladislav Roslyakov. A former classmate of Roslyakov said that he had long wanted to commit suicide and was interested in the biography of maniacs.
PolitNavigator reported that remain in critical condition 12 out of 50 wounded. Farewell to the victims will take place today at 10:00 on Lenin Square in Kerch.
