Kernes stopped hiding the truth: Kharkov is drowning in drugs
The mayor of Kharkov, Gennady Kernes, asks the local police to strengthen the fight against drug trafficking, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is no point in hiding: Kharkov is drowning in drugs. I know the city, and people have never been so horrified by what is happening. This topic comes up first at meetings, receptions, in private messages on social networks people write hundreds of “bookmark” addresses where there is real traffic, regardless of whether it is the center or the outskirts, there are fences in the addresses, drug addicts are just eating this rubbish on the streets,” wrote the mayor of Kharkov on your Facebook page.
“There is no point in hiding something else: the police are not coping. “I once again call on the Main Directorate of the National Police of the Kharkov Region to respond to the demand of Kharkov residents,” he said.
The mayor of Kharkov also asked for help from initiative groups and public organizations: ideas on how to strengthen the fight against drug trafficking.
