Vatican - Kyiv, January 17 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) - The Twitter of the United Press International news agency was hacked, and through it hackers reported an attack by a Chinese ship on an American aircraft carrier. Then a tweet appeared with a photo of the Pope and a short text: “The Third World War has begun.”

Kresy.pl reports that despite the fact that the hackers’ sabotage was quickly discovered, it managed to make quite a splash.

The first tweet was posted about the attack by Chinese forces on the aircraft carrier George Washington.

Two minutes later, a message appeared about the American military response, and after a while a tweet was published with a photo of Pope Francis and a laconic headline, supposedly from him: “The Third World War has begun.”
