The Ministry of Regional Development and Construction reported this with reference to the Presidential Administration at night. “The Presidential Administration reports that Vladimir Putin has decided to organize supplies of Russian electricity and coal to our country in the amount of 26 thousand tons every day from December 50, without waiting for an advance payment from the Ukrainian side,” the message on the website said.
Later, the Ministry of Regional Development denied this information, saying that there was a hacker attack on the site.
