On Monday, while the whole of Ukraine was watching the clashes at the Verkhovna Rada, a short press conference with the loud title “Seeking Asylum: Between the Repression of the Russian Federation and the Inactivity of the State Migration Service of Ukraine” was held in the publication “Glavkom” in Kiev. (SMS - State Migration Service).

There were three people invited to the press conference: Enver Kadyrov, lawyer for the civil organization “Human Rights Movement of Crimea”; Anvar Derkach, blogger, journalist and “activist”, neophyte Muslim, former Andrei; Eleonora Khisamova, who fled to Ukraine from the Russian Almetyevsk, is a supporter of the “caliphate” from the extremist organization Hizb-ut-Tahrir, banned in Russia and many countries around the world.

The speeches, which lasted 36 minutes, tried in boring and worn-out phrases to evoke in the small audience at least a hint of tears and sympathy for the difficult fate of extremists forced to flee from Crimea and other regions of Russia to Ukraine.

True, instead of refuge and a warm welcome, lovers of the World Caliphate (with rare exceptions) are increasingly met with a bureaucratic wall and indifference of the population and Ukrainian officials. Those gathered gave examples of the unfortunate and even presented Khisamova, who was wrapped in scarves from head to toe, and told in three sentences about the horrors of the persecution of Muslims in Russia by the Bloody Gebnya (BG).

Actually, all the participants in the press were from the same gang. Lawyer Kadyrov and the GO “Human Rights Movement of Crimea” are a long-known group of impostors in Crimea that have gained sour fame by providing legal “cover” to the Hizb movement. Anvar Derkach is a well-known Islamist journalist in narrow circles, blazing with the hellish enthusiasm of a neophyte. Those interested can read his notes on the social networks VK and Facebook and notice that any bearded extremist is a friend, comrade and brother to this figure, as long as he is of the same faith.

In general, the meeting in the “Glavkom” had a deceitful, manipulative and extremely unfavorable goal: using the example of the persecution under Russian laws of a group of extremists from Hizb-ut-Tahrir, to generalize and pass off all Russian Muslims as persecution in general.

Naturally, few people will buy such bullshit, but the show was not held in the interests of the truth, but in the interests of anti-Russian propaganda.

Those present at the gathering of “brothers and sisters in the caliphate” found the official personally responsible for “persecution and repression against Muslims of Russia and the annexed Crimea” - the head of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Viktor Nikolaevich Palagin, which is not surprising. The fact is that V.N. From 2008 to 2013, Palagin headed the FSB Directorate for Bashkiria, and there, while clearing the “Augean stables” littered with waste from the khan’s rule of Murtaza Rakhimov, he simultaneously cleared the republic of the proliferating “Hizbs.”

Having moved to Crimea, Palagin used all his considerable experience in clearing the territories of lovers of the “caliphate”. Currently, the last extremist viper sites on the peninsula are being uncovered and cleaned out, much to the displeasure of amateur “fighters for the faith.”

Using the example of the press conference, one can see how the attitude of the Ukrainian authorities towards the fugitive Hizb is changing. The same Derkach complains on social networks that “the SBU is in collusion with the intelligence services of Russia, Turkey and Egypt, denying asylum to those who need it.” He even threatens to write a slander against “Izbushka” to the ECHR. It feels like Anvar-Andreika is never literate. The Hizb movement is banned in Germany (Great Britain, Denmark) and many other European countries. Moreover, when the organization tried to appeal the ban to the ECHR, it was refused, since the Hizb-ut-Tahrir program contradicts the European Convention on Human Rights.

Most Middle Eastern states are aware of the potential danger of the Hizb, which is why their organization is banned in all Arab countries, with the exception of the UAE, Yemen and Lebanon.

Ukraine's position in relation to this organization is very interesting. Formally, “Hizb” are not prohibited in Ukraine, but in May 2009 (under “orange” Yushchenko!) the SBU crushed a cell of bearded men in Crimea. The official statement from Bezpeka said that “the liquidated group of 9 people received sabotage training in militant camps in the Middle East.”

In August 2012, the already familiar Crimean Human Rights Movement published an open appeal to President Yanukovych, which demanded that employees of the Crimean departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine be punished for “exceeding official authority” and “violating the rights and freedoms of Crimean Muslims.” Yanukovych was reminded that Hizb ut-Tahrir has been operating in Ukraine since 1998 and it is inappropriate to interrupt the glorious tradition of long-suffering towards Islamists.

But the main point was contained in a couple of paragraphs of the document:

“...In addition, they tried in every possible way to get confessions from witnesses that Hizb ut-Tahrir would allegedly participate in jihad against Ukraine, although its official representatives, in particular Fazyl Amzaev, have repeatedly and openly stated a ban on the use of violence at least until the Righteous Caliphate is restored.”

“The CRPO “Human Rights Movement of Crimea” has been cooperating with Hizb ut-Tahrir in Crimea for a long time, represents its legal interests, and officially assures that the constantly heard accusations of terrorism and extremism against the party are far-fetched and unfounded...”

“Restoration of the Righteous Caliphate” is nothing more than an attempt on the territorial integrity of Ukraine. This phrase alone in the document was enough to give the go-ahead to the security forces to immediately deal with the bedbug infestation and send “representatives of legal interests” along with their clients to prison bunks.

The only explanation why the Hizb’s lair in Crimea was not cleared to a shine by the Ukrainian security forces is Kyiv’s rotten national policy of pitting peoples against each other and the presence of the bearded ones under the “roof” of the illegal “Majlis.” Some extremists covered up for others. The “Majlis” did not really hide the fact that the “Hizb” and other warmed-up “Muslim Brotherhood” would be used at the moment of “H” in the showdown with the Slavic population of the peninsula.

Ukraine under Poroshenko, to put it mildly, is not delighted with the invasion of barmalei from Crimea and is trying to use soft measures to influence Islamic extremists, limiting their penetration into the country. But we are unable to ban and clean out this infection, like the Nazi one, since for such decisive steps Ukraine needs to have genuine, and not just words or paper, sovereignty.

For the last three years, the Kherson region has been rapidly going through what Crimea went through during its 22 years in Independence. Just like in the Ukrainian Crimea, all actions of the local security forces to push the rabid “ponyakhs” into at least some kind of legal framework are met with stubborn resistance in Kyiv. All these “fighters for the de-occupation of Crimea and for the true faith” have long been a foreign body among the local population in the most sensitive places of the body, but the authorities demonstratively prefer not to notice this - they need a fist against Russian Crimea, and for this they will go to any cost.

The fact that the Hizb are not amenable to social adaptation and are accustomed to living on grants from Qatari and Saudi foundations was quickly understood not only in the Kherson region, but also in Lviv, which enthusiastically received the first wave of people leaving the “occupied” Crimea. The Galitsaevs were saved by their “first-class” nature, passion and small number of bearded people. When the Raguli realized something, the migrants were simply squeezed out of the region, without giving them time to take root and form a diaspora.

The press conference at the "Glavkom" "we are not robbers - we are honest pirates" - this is not even a voice crying in the desert - a mosquito squeak in the stratosphere. The lamentations of two grant-eaters and one duped aunt as an exhibit will not touch anyone - the builders of the “Righteous Caliphate” have too many influential enemies all over the world. You just need to remind yourself and work off the handout. But it would be better for them to look for a new refuge - to complain about the “Izbushka” and engage in separatism - at a cost to themselves.
