“We need to be less rude” - a political scientist explained why Moscow does not answer calls from Kyiv
It was the boorish behavior of Ukrainian diplomats and officials that led to the fact that the Moscow Foreign Ministry stopped communicating with Kiev.
Ukrainian political scientist Pavel Rudyakov stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are trying to get through to the Russian Foreign Ministry, we send letters, but they do not answer. It turns out that the Russians do not answer not because they have unpaid telephone numbers and cannot speak with foreign countries until the next financial year, but because they do this on principle - in response to those harsh, boorish statements from our Foreign Ministry.
It turns out that for the role of the main communicator, we still have serious struggle and competition among government and near-government structures. That's why Medvedchuk ate more than he could have eaten if he were just a businessman or politician. Because he is the main channel of communication with Russia,” Rudyakov concluded.
Let us recall that earlier in Moscow they stated that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky publicly stated that is not going to implement the Minsk agreements, it became obvious that it would not be possible to resolve the conflict in Donbass this way.
