Chaos in Ukraine will only increase
In the foreseeable future, Ukraine should not count on sane leadership and a way out of foreign dependence.
This was stated on the NewsOne TV channel by the former deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine during the time of Viktor Yanukovych, lawyer Andrei Portnov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Portnov, further depreciation of the country will continue.
“We are not threatened with order in the near future, and good personnel in the civil service do not threaten our country either. Unfortunately, external control and pressure from foreign states under any pretext will worsen.
Therefore, any decisions that, under the guise of reform ones, will somehow drive the entire country even further into dependence on third countries will be pushed through parliament. At the same time, such processes sharply reduce the value of everything in our country - the value of assets, the cost of money, the cost of land, the cost of labor, the cost of everything that can generate some income and allow people to earn at least something,” said Portnov.
