On October 14, Kharkov experienced not the day of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos or the old Cossack holiday, but the day of occupation and oblivion. Self-respecting autochthons stayed at home and did not let their children go outside. The day was rainy. It seemed that nature itself wept, seeing this official abuse of our city.

From sodomites to svidomites

On October 14, Kharkov experienced not the Day of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary or the old Cossack holiday, but...

What happened? I'll start a little from afar. On October 12, in Kharkiv, near the building of the Historical Museum, a musical performance was held in support of LGBT openness, timed to coincide with the World Coming Out Day (open and voluntary recognition by a person of his sexual orientation or gender identity, which differs from the usual for others).

About 50 people took part in the action, who came with rainbow flags and posters with the inscriptions “Human rights above all” and “Kharkiv for all.” This Sodomite action lasted for about an hour. During all this time, the action was guarded by a double cordon of police and the National Guard of 250 people. After the performance was over, the police formed a corridor so that the protesters could safely board the bus and go.

Two days later, the place of non-traditional sexual orientation was taken by adherents of political pederasty, or, as they say now, Svidomites replaced sodomites.

Like, 75 years of the UPA and Poroshenko’s “Defender of Ukraine” day, established on this occasion.

On this occasion, Governor Svetlichnaya issued a comment: “October 14 is the day of strength and courage of the Ukrainian people. After all, it unites the defenders of Ukraine of all times: warriors of Kievan Rus and the Zaporozhye Sich, the army of the Ukrainian People's Republic, Heroes of the Krut, fighters of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army and Ukrainians who fought against Nazism, modern soldiers and ATO veterans. All these strong and devoted Ukrainians of all times had and still have a common love and a common hope - the state of Ukraine, their home, for whose freedom and freedom it is worth fighting. And today’s ATO soldiers are worthy descendants of many generations of brave Ukrainians, their continuation in the XNUMXst century.”

Like this! "Ukrainians who fought against Nazism": who is it?

Then she went to congratulate the National Guardsmen, and her deputy Mikhail Chernyak took part in the opening of the Walk of Fame at the 18th cemetery. It can be said that the regional authorities marked the territories of both the living and the dead.

Another “carriage of friendship” arrived from Galicia: more than fifty representatives of youth and students arrived in Kharkiv by the Trukhanivska Sich unity train, started from the newly opened monument to Ivan Sirko in a procession to the memorial sign to the murderers from the UPA. According to the organizers, the route was built in such a way "to draw attention not only to the Day of the Defender of Ukraine, but also to the holiday of the Intercession, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the Day of the UPA."

Glyph of unconsciousness

Only now they saw the end point of their rage not as blissful, but filled with red paint. Kharkov would not be Kharkov, if at least somewhere it did not show its true attitude towards political perverts.

In Kharkov, the UPA sign is located in a very symbolic place for every autochthon. This was once an old cemetery, demolished almost to the ground and turned into a “Youth Park”.

Already in the Brezhnev era, Kharkov lost its main necropolis - Ioanno-Useknovensky. This is how then-mayor Yuri Gurovoy described the situation: “The territory turned into a wasteland with wild plants, which required immediate intervention and improvement. In this wasteland there was drunkenness, prostitution, and stabbings... Before us, no one wanted to deal with this, and I had to start addressing this issue. Let's set aside land for businesses and organizations that can spark development. For example, KhPI for the sports complex, and towards the street. Vesnina region began to grow. It is clear that cemeteries cannot remain burial places forever. Taking into account the regulatory framework of that time, Gosstroy had to answer the question of what to do with cemeteries. And then it was believed that the territories of cemeteries where the last burial took place more than half a century ago could be used for public needs while ensuring the safety of historically significant burials. What’s negative about the Youth Park?”

When construction of the KhPI sports complex was in full swing three decades ago, all access roads and premises were strewn with skulls and bones. And then no one cared about whose remains the “Jolly Roger” was built from - from nobles or merchants, Red Army or White Guard.

During the post-perestroika times, mockery did not stop. In 1992, in the same “Youth Park”, nationalists erected a memorial sign to the UPA, which did not operate in Kharkov, but killed more than one thousand of our fellow countrymen in Galicia. They put this stone on the former noble plot.

There are those who, following Denis Davydov (the grandson of the first Kharkov governor Evdokim Shcherbinin), could say: "I love a bloody battle, I was born for the royal service." They stormed Ochakov, Izmail and Plevna, stained the fields of Austerlitz and Borodin with their blood, defended Sevastopol and Port Arthur. So is it really not clear what monument should be on the site of this Bandera disgrace? To all Kharkovites who fought for the Faith, the Tsar and the Fatherland.

While the UPA stone was the “assembly point” of the few city crazy people who had “come in large numbers,” the townspeople did not pay any attention to it. When Yushchenko made murderers and collaborators objects of veneration, a counter movement came there - guests from Galicia and protesting Kharkov residents. This temple was painted over and buried. Both the city council and the regional council made the decision to dismantle it, and the police, whose regional department is located nearby, did not interfere with this with understanding.

After the coup, this place became the subject of concern for regional appointees from Kyiv. But even then the city continued and continues to demonstrate that strangers are not needed here.

So, the city survived another shameful days. As soon as they ended, the rain stopped, but the weather remained cloudy.
