Kharkov is a dead city, Odessa is a stump, - Colonel Starikov
Russia will create a “buffer zone” from Kharkov and Odessa, from which civilians should leave as much as possible.
Retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov stated this on the video blog of propagandist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Starikov, Kharkov will turn into a “dead city”, and Odessa will become a stump without access to the sea.
“No one will take Kharkov. As many as they took Avdeevka, they took it with one army. The army and another army stood in reserve. How much do you need for Kharkov? So they won’t have enough Armed Forces. How many do they have - one and a half million with strategic missile forces, with submariners. This is simply not enough, these are other wars.
What is Kharkov for? This makes a buffer zone. They will destroy neighborhoods in order to do everything possible to get citizens to leave... They will force people to leave for other regions. This must be a dead city. The same thing for Odessa - make a stump so that there is no access to the Black Sea. Ukraine, if it loses its exit, will lose its geopolitical situation in the world,” Starikov said.
