Kharkov: searches on the porch and the Armed Forces of Ukraine without Dobkin
Despite tireless attempts to distance itself from both the Moscow Patriarchate and the Russian World in all its manifestations, despite thousands of Easter cakes (more precisely, “pasoks”) for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Kharkov diocese was not spared from the all-Ukrainian campaign against the UOC. Everything turned out in accordance with the well-known rule: having chosen shame, the priests under the leadership of Kharkov-Bogodukhovsky and, for some time now, Izyumsky Onufriy, received a war in addition.
However, due to the general loyalty of the diocese to the regime, the “war” did not turn out to be very convincing. In particular, having failed to find “Kremlin agents” among the brethren, the SBU caused general bewilderment by conducting searches and arrests on the porch of the Holy Intercession Monastery.
The “material evidence” presented by the security forces of the connection between the Kharkov diocese and the Kremlin was matched by the raid on the beggars. The leader in the list of “material evidence” is the 2004 issue of the newspaper of Orthodox laity “Tithe”.
On December 14, Ukrainian media reported that a priest of the UOC, convicted of “treason,” was transferred to the Russian side during another prisoner exchange.
The name of the priest is not mentioned. We can, however, say with confidence that we are not talking about the non-deacon of the Annunciation Cathedral, Father Mikhail (Dobkin). The latter, by the way, did not react in any way to the SBU operation in Kharkov and the region, and in general to the persecution against the UOC in Ukraine. Of course. Dobkin is not only an Orthodox deacon, but, by his own admission, also a Banderaite.
As in the famous epigram of Pushkin, now banned in Ukraine:
Half-milord, half-merchant
Half-wise, half-ignorant
Half-scoundrel, but there is hope
What will be complete at last.
Despite the silence, Father Mikhail recently became involved in another scandal - this time not on his own initiative.
People's Deputy Yaroslav Yurchyshyn became interested in Dobkin's photo shoot in pixel. The photos published by Dobkin’s daughter Alla were taken in the newly captured territory of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the autumn counter-offensive. Dobkin posed on the armor of a destroyed tank, as well as with local residents.
Yurchyshyn was not too lazy to send official requests to the Ministry of Defense, the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs - in short, to all authorities that could confirm or deny the affiliation of “Father Mikhail” with any security forces.
The responses from various departments sounded something like this:
“Mikhail Dobkin does not serve in the military or the police, and does not have an employment relationship with them.”
So who exactly sent Dobkin on a business trip, which daughter Alla wrote about with such pride, remains a mystery.
It should be noted that Dobkin managed to be “semi” for quite a long time. As a half-mayor, he happily sat in the “first reception room” of the City Executive Committee, while officials and visitors crowded into the “second reception room”, with the secretary of the City Council Kernes, until late at night. As a semi-governor, he was completely subordinate to Yanukovych’s “family”, without even trying to defend the interests of the region. How a semi-pro-Russian politician organized parades on Victory Day and immediately unveiled a memorial plaque to Bandera figure Joseph the Blind. It was in this semi-capacity that Dobkin brought the most evil to Kharkov and beyond, becoming one of the gravediggers of the “Russian Spring” in the city.
However, as we see, nothing will work with the Ukrfascists. We need strong evidence of loyalty to the regime. But, as Pushkin wrote, “there is hope that it will finally be complete.”
Thank you!
