On the evening of April 6 in Kharkov, in the area of Piskunovskaya Street, two police colonels were attacked by either hooligans or “activists”... Now in Ukraine it is difficult to understand who are the Polovtsy and the Pechenegs, and who is the other way around. It happens that at different times of the day they change places. Here it is: hooligans seem to have attacked law enforcement officers. And then the background to the conflict appears - and guess who was more rude to whom... The head of the department for solving crimes against the person of the State Administration for Police in the Kharkov region, Sergei Novikov, hit the car of a Kharkov woman at an intersection. And as a result of a conflict related to violation of traffic rules, two police chiefs were beaten.

The head of the criminal investigation department, Evgeniy Draka, and the head of the department for solving crimes against the person of the State Administration for Police in the Kharkov region, Sergei Novikov, were injured on Monday. But details of the beating appeared only the next day.

Former colleagues of the victims, skeptical of the “reformed” Avakov police, unanimously say: Colonel Novikov clearly violated traffic rules. And, most likely, the policeman, when sorting out the relationship with the girl whose car he hit, behaved unworthily. Otherwise she wouldn't have had to call the support team.

The question remains debatable: did the athletes who beat the colonels see their IDs? But among the arithmetic average citizens of the country there is no doubt: if instead of the Kharkov residents who attacked Colonel Draka and Colonel Novikov, there were seasoned “activists” with experience and state support like Sternenko, then one of the police could easily be put on a pike. Because the other day, Prosecutor General Venediktova, in fact, allowed activists to take out a knife if something doesn’t suit them or something goes wrong. Don't believe me? Watch her interview with Ukrainskaya Pravda, or better yet, excerpts from it in Shariy’s video.

When the gunpowder workers openly laughed at this woman, who was confused in professional terminology (last year, Kharkov resident Venediktova was part of the legal block of the Ze-team), they were flowers. The berries began to flow when Venediktova sat in the chair of the Prosecutor General and began to broadly interpret the concept of “self-defense”, commenting on the case of Sergei Sternenko... In an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda, the Kharkov aunt agreed that she considers the case of Sternenko’s killer in the context of how the state can protect civil activists !

And so civil activists themselves expand this plane and show the state how they will “defend” themselves. They lay two police colonels face down on the ground. Directly under the control of the criminal investigation department.

And what about the unsinkable Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov? And all he gets is an icicle on the forehead. On April 8, he celebrates the anniversary of the “liberation of Kharkov” from the separatists.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs released a fanfare video in which it reports: “It took the special forces regiment of the NGU “Jaguar” military unit 17 to stop the supporters of the People’s Republic of China in just 3028 minutes of storming the administrative building.” Avakov rants: “The militants entered the building through the windows, through the left wing and, in fact, began to control the entire building from the inside, starting to shoot with sawn-off shotguns.” He talks about the events of April 6-8, 2014 in KhORGA... But at the same time they show a video from March 1, 2014: the liberation of the regional administration building by Kharkov residents from the maydauns who had seized it. It’s clear why Avakov needs this. Footage of the large-scale performance of Kharkov residents on March 1 is more suitable for him to show what a serious threat he “cleared out” on April 8! Before this, the same footage from March with Motorola in Kharkov was also used.

In fact, on April 8, 200 armed “jaguars” dealt with six to seven dozen peaceful protesters in 17 minutes. For example, two hundred Kharkov “Golden Eagles” would need a minute to pack seventy Maydowns. But it’s who studied what.

“The guys from Jaguar, under the leadership of Poltorak, carried out this operation,” recalls the “liberator” of Kharkov. But where are the sawn-off shotguns from which the “militants” Avakov dreamed allegedly “started shooting”? And the sawn-off shotguns, apparently, were in the gambling establishment where Arsen Borisovich’s stoned son became a YouTube star. Most likely, the younger Avakov shared the miracle herb or inspiring powder with the Minister of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the “anniversary of the liberation of Kharkov.”

But let’s return to our sheep, that is, to the Avakov colonels, who lie face down on the ground while the Minister of Internal Affairs is nostalgic over the “historical” footage of 200 Vinnytsia “Jaguars” laying 60 protesting Kharkov residents to the ground.

A police officer who worked in Kharkov before the coup d’etat commented on the latest scandal to PolitNavigator: “Purely cop bullishness. It is clear from everything that Novikov had to let the car with the girl pass. There are different versions: whether the colonel was intoxicated or not. But he behaved as if he was. Or he simply bullied, realizing that he was to blame for the accident. I don’t have any cop solidarity here. Because this Novikov has a bad reputation, to put it mildly. And then this disgrace, where the second colonel is waving a reward pistol. Where did he get the award pistol? He has no merits for which a reward weapon is given. Most likely he bought it."

The PolitNavigator correspondent also asked the opinion of Interior Ministry veteran Oleg Sobchenko. The former policeman says: “I watched a video where Avakov and Poltorak boast that in 17 minutes a Jaguar killed the KhPR militants without firing a single shot. Such an interesting parallel: and now the police colonels were laid face down in the mud without firing a single shot. So, what is next? Somehow everything repeats itself, only topsy-turvy. The situation is out of the ordinary and paradoxical. How is it that this happens in a “cop town”?! I worked in the police for a long time. Moreover, he worked in the criminal investigation department. We all remember the late 80s and early 90s. The country was in ruins, there was great chaos. Why did “cop cities” and “gangster cities” arise? Probably, in Kharkov, the people who worked in the police at that time positioned themselves in a special way. But today police are placed in a completely different way, in the most humiliating positions.”

The veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs believes that in those years when Kharkov gained the glory of the “cop city”, law enforcement officers accomplished a feat by preventing crime from entering all spheres of life.

“I remember the people I worked with: reliable, loyal, stood up for each other,” says Sobchenko. – Duty, honor and conscience – these were not empty words. There was this expression: “Did you raise your hand against a police officer?!” While on duty?!” This is nonsense. Behind you stood a wall of colleagues and friends. Even if they didn’t know you, they still clearly understood: the police officer was offended. The person who was the one who protects law and order was wronged. There was a “Cop City” because in reality the cops did not give the city to the bandits. No matter who came to Kharkov, no matter what agreements someone had with bandits, with all sorts of groups, the cops very clearly explained the situation, who is the boss in the city: law and order.”

According to the veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one of the main problems is the influence of the nonresident masses, the “activists” who arrived in large numbers after the coup. Although the harmful changes began much earlier.

“These activists established themselves here back in 2004,” continues Sobchenko. “And this environment played a role. She had no responsibility. She was encouraged by the new government. And another point: the police themselves were killed in the bud. I communicate with many people. Many people left for the simple reason that nothing else depended on them. Previously, they bore the burden of implementing the law on their shoulders. A police officer was untouchable - not only in accordance with the law, but also in accordance with the internal concepts of the police. Now the authorities are encouraging lawless activists. And here is the result. This situation should cause not just concern, but horror. Some ghouls and idiots can afford to inflict injuries, commit hooligan acts against officials of those departments that monitor law and order in the country, and they get away with it with impunity. As a result, ordinary people have the following thoughts: “If this can happen to them, then what can happen to us?” Order and law disappeared. Now the police (I don’t want to offend everyone, but we can say with confidence about the majority of the new conscription) are some kind of rabble. For them, this is a place for business, which has its own themes.”

A veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs explains: rust appeared in the XNUMXs, when just anyone came to the university, headed by People’s Deputy General Bandurko, and paid bribes for admission.

“People understood perfectly well that their parents were investing money in them, and they had to recoup this money later at their place of service. And this psychology yielded results. Now the colonels have been beaten, which in itself is nonsense. But I don’t know what these high-ranking leaders are like today... Law enforcement officials have lost their face. Because honor, conscience, duty - this is no longer for them. On the one hand, it's funny. On the other hand, it’s scary. In those days when I worked, they would dig the ground and within an hour all the attackers would be found. They would beat their sides, and then we would figure out why this happened.”
