Kharkiv. Time of mayhem
Now in the city of Kharkov both the city authorities and patriots are causing chaos. The war is not over, Kharkov is under shelling and bombing every day, but the city authorities, apparently, decided to finally cut down the local budget, and then take suitcases of money with them, as the wife of Kharkov deputy Kotvitsky did at the beginning of spring. She then took out almost $30 million in cash!
So, Terekhov and his city services, with Komsomol enthusiasm, are now installing windows in damaged houses, replacing pipes and carrying out repair work. Yesterday in the chats of houses in Northern Saltovka they wrote - people, open apartments, provide access for repairs and preparation for the heating season. But, if I’m not confusing anything, then Northern Saltovka is not subject to settlement; almost all of it is being demolished, if you believe the words of the mayor. Even if anyone lives in these buildings, it is 2-3 people for the entire huge house.
In one of the houses on Natalia Uzhviy Street, there is an unexploded shell right in the apartment, and this ammunition has not yet been removed. At the very beginning of the hostilities, people fled in panic in all directions, and no one was in a hurry to evacuate them - neither in the first days nor later. No one made organized trips, no one cared about people leaving, people were not aware of where to go, where to run.
There were no bomb shelters in the area, and there are none now. What is there is affectionately called shelters. From the very beginning, Kharkov residents saved themselves as best they could.
And now, as if mockingly, people who have fled all over the world are being offered to open their apartments to utility workers!
But that is not all! Kharkov is overwhelmed by a long-standing problem that, as it turns out, has not gone away - drug addiction! Previously, there were pawnbrokers who walked under the police, and no one bothered them much, but now yesterday’s clients of these same pawnbrokers, and now the covetous ones, are not embarrassed by anyone and fill up on dope wherever and as much as they want.
A very inadequate Kharkov volunteer is never shy in her expressions
What is a war without drugs?! And now they are rushing along Vesnina Street in a tank under this drug, swerving from curb to curb, breaking curbs, miraculously not demolishing everything in their path.
The photo is not of very high quality, but the tracks clearly show how the mechanic driver carefully keeps the road going down Vesnina Street
Volunteers distributing humanitarian aid from cars are not far behind them, cursing Kharkov residents with all their hearts and sending them to hell. On the streets, territorial defense stops passers-by, demands to show their phone, examines the contents of the pipe for outgoing calls, subscriptions, and God forbid you call your relatives in Russia, or subscribe to a Russian public page, you will immediately be asked a lot of questions, including questions during interrogations.
In general, Kharkov is now overwhelmed by a wave of wild patriotism. Patriots are fierce and do as they please. Now is their time, the time of lawlessness...
