Kharkov, February 06 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) - The new chairman of the Kharkov regional state administration, Igor Rainin, is dissatisfied with the actions of the regional military commissariat and the heads of the Regional State Administration to implement the mobilization plan, in particular in Kharkov.

He stated this during his first press conference.
“The level of implementation of the mobilization plan for Kharkov is 10%... I am completely dissatisfied,” Rainin said, as quoted by local media.
If the situation is not corrected, the governor promises quick personnel changes.
Let us note that it was previously announced that the level of mobilization was considered insufficient in the Dergachevsky, Zolochevsky, Kharkov and Zachepilovsky districts of the region, as well as in the cities of Lyubotin and Pervomaisky.
As PolitNavigator reported, despite the fact that the authorities blame Russia for sabotaging the mobilization, more and more men in Western Ukraine are trying to avoid receiving summonses and visits to the military registration and enlistment office.
