Kharkov governor accused Kernes of sabotaging the ATO
Kharkov, September 06 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The leadership of Kharkov has fulfilled the plan for the supply of equipment for the needs of the special operation carried out by the Ukrainian security forces since April by only a quarter.

“The leadership of the city of Kharkov, as of 11.00 (12.00 Moscow time) on September 6, fulfilled the plan for the supply of equipment for the needs of the anti-terrorist operation by only 25% of the total plan that was assigned to them,” reports the press service of the Kharkov regional state administration.
“Despite my repeated appeals as the head of territorial defense of the Kharkov region and the prosecutor’s response, things are still there,” the press service of Governor Igor Baluta quotes.
According to him, the districts of the Kharkov region almost completely coped with the task of mobilizing equipment to the special operation zone.
Baluta also wrote on his Facebook page that he “regards such inaction of the city authorities as sabotage and is convinced that the prosecutor’s office should give an appropriate assessment of such actions.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the Kharkov Regional State Administration is hastily digging ditches on the border with Russia and setting up roadblocks.
