For five months, from May to August, a criminal group operated in Kharkov, distributing drugs via the Internet. The person involved in our criminal case did not hang around the hot spots in order to offer drugs, did not hide from the rain in the gateways. We live in the twenty-first century, and he was sitting at a computer monitor, taking orders. When a client clicked on an advertising link and chose Kharkov, he began communicating in any of the messengers convenient for the client, finding out the quantity, quality, payment method, and area. Then he made a “bookmark”: he left the drug in the designated place, photographed it, and after receiving payment, which was also carried out via the Internet, he sent the photo and a detailed description of the hiding place.
Such a small dealer receives ten thousand hryvnia a month, and even schoolchildren can easily use his “services”. The range is the richest, from classic “grass” to so-called “designer” drugs, such as PVP, the use of which easily leads to insanity, but not all states, including Ukraine, have banned it.
The drug dealer, having decided to cooperate with the investigation, was released, having received The punishment was three years probation. That is, to put it simply, he will only change his job. And the organizers of the “business” will find another “employee”. And, most likely, there will be no shortage of “personnel” in our impoverished country.
