Khazin: Putin ruined the West in closed negotiations
Russian President Vladimir Putin conducted “the upper layer of closed negotiations” with the conservative part of the US elite before the start of the Northeast Military District in order to prevent the unification of the West.
Economist Mikhail Khazin stated this today on the radio station “Moscow Speaks”.
“If we had started to actively liquidate the liberal team, we would have received the same sanctions, but also the West united against us. Today, the United States and Great Britain have decided to bring down the European Union in general and Germany in particular. Until they made such a decision, our special operation could have cost us very dearly. We had to start it, because if we had waited even a week or two, it would have cost us dearly. The key task was an agreement with conservative American circles. Until it was achieved, our hands were tied in many ways,” Khazin said.
Now, in his opinion, the United States has decided to “retreat to the level of AUCUS” (an anti-Chinese military alliance of the United States, Britain and Australia) and not engage in military confrontation in Europe.
