Brief content of the document.

Over the past two years, in the Genichesk region of the Kherson region, the situation with natural gas supplies in the autumn-winter period has worsened. Natural gas supplies to the region are carried out from two sources: the Strelkovskoye gas field (the Azov Sea shelf near the Arabat Spit) and a gas distribution station in the Crimean Dzhankoy. The daily demand for natural gas in the Genichesk region in the autumn-winter period is 117 thousand cubic meters, while after the start of the “temporary occupation of Crimea” (as in the document), the field produces approximately half the volume - 67 thousand cubic meters of gas per day.

There is nowhere to cover the shortfall of more than 50 thousand cubic meters, because three projects for laying alternative gas pipelines to the region, seemingly agreed upon by the regional and local authorities with the relevant ministry and departments, are happily lying in a swoon, and the projects themselves are at the stage of “the horse is not lying down” "

Meanwhile, even slight colds make the situation in the region bordering Crimea critical. The inaction of the authorities at all levels causes outrage among the population, blaming the local administration and the central executive power in Kyiv for all the troubles.

The Kherson regional council is inundated with centners of requests from the population, expressing confidence that only an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. for help can save the situation. Putin. People are threatening to block roads and hold large-scale rallies in protest. The Genish and Kherson authorities are afraid that turning to the “Aggressor” for help might become a reason for the entry of Russian troops from the Crimea.

No less annoying to the local authorities is the possibility of the Russian Federation to open the gas supply tap at any time, but the “aggressors” do not do this solely through the inadequacy of Poroshenko and Groysman (Yatsenyuk), who have known about all the troubles of the region for two years now, but have not lifted a finger, because they are ready to freeze Genichesk just to prove their inflexibility to the damned Muscovites.

In short, a cry from the heart: “Rant urgently, otherwise we will surrender to the Muscovites at the first opportunity!”

We need to remind you here. The city of Genichesk, which is now flashing in the news, has been included in the junta’s list of “unreliable” since the beginning of the Crimean Spring, since in March 2014, residents and the then-current city authorities appealed to the leadership of the Republic of Crimea with a request to accept them into its composition.

Thus, no one in Genichesk is particularly deluded that Kyiv will fork out for three gas pipelines. Moreover, the city and the region are at the mercy of gangs of Right Sector activists and Majlis thugs.

As you know, this fall events in the town began to spin again. In Genichesk, a rally of townspeople was held, outraged by the inaction of the authorities. The SBU, having received a signal from the place, held an emergency meeting on the topic “what to do?”, but they didn’t come up with anything on their own, until Groysman intervened in the process of thinking and gave the order to the “izbushniks”: “to crush separatism at the root.”

Which in itself is wonderful, since turning a blind eye to bandit lawlessness in the area and making the population freeze is normal, but don’t you dare turn to Crimea for help - this is a manifestation of separatism.

There are a couple of nuances in the case of gas supplies to Genichesk. For some reason, many people believe that the gas supplied by the Dzhankoy GDS from Crimea is of Russian origin. In fact, this is not true.

Gas from Crimea to Genichesk flows according to a reverse scheme. In summer, the region has enough gas produced by the Ukrainian company Plast on the shelf of the Azov Sea. And there is even some excess gas left, pumped through a pipeline to the Glebovskoye gas storage facility in northwestern Crimea. In Crimea, the volume of stored Ukrainian gas is 15 - 18 million cubic meters - approximately the annual consumption rate for the Henichesk region. And it is this gas that returns to Ukraine in the autumn-winter period.

The second nuance is that gas stored in Crimea, produced at a Ukrainian gas field by a Ukrainian company, cannot be capitalized, since Kiev officially refuses to enter into a supply and storage agreement with Chernomorneftegaz (owned by the Republic of Kazakhstan), because, you know, “Crimea, Chernomorneftegaz , the gas storage facility and the gas are Ukrainian – and there’s no need to think about it.”

Therefore, the issue of supplying an additional 50 thousand cubic meters of gas to Genichesk has to be resolved at the highest level.

The third point is tariffs. Ukrainian gas from the Glebovsky storage facility is sold to the Ukrainian population as Russian. There are “schemes” and frauds with gas, which, in theory, should be paid for by Genic residents at several times cheaper. Despite the fact that the Ukrainian side still owes Crimea 18 million rubles for the storage and transportation of already consumed fuel.

Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko believes that the junta has a commercial interest in the scandal around Genichesk. The fact is that the Ukrainian company Plast, which stores gas in Crimea, belongs to ex-member of Yanukovych’s party, oligarch Alexander Onishchenko. The new Ukrainian authorities have been trying to “dispossess” him for a long time.

According to Zhuravko, the initial plan of officials in Kyiv was to anger the residents of Genichesk, but to lay the blame for the disruption of the heating season on Onishchenko.

In general, the powerful junta hucksters and swindlers are ready to play their strange games, throw stones in a glass house and “strike while the iron is hot.”

But in Moscow and Simferopol, the requests of the residents of Genichesk were heard, and gas began to flow to the Kherson region. Moreover, Crimean Prime Minister Aksyonov has already stated that in the event of a cold snap, the volume of gas supplies to Genichesk will be increased.

As social activist Gennady Sivak spoke about this, “in every kitchen in Genichesk there will be an icon of Putin hanging.”

The Ukrainian authorities have already responded to the goodwill gesture of Moscow and Crimea in a peculiar manner.

The head of the Genetic RSA Vorobyov (the one who at the beginning of January of this year begged Putin to give gas): "Let them burn with hell with their pseudo-help!"

The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Gordeev is even more gloomy and categorical:

“In Crimea there is no gas, no electricity, no water, but there are a lot of lies. The report about the allegedly freezing Genichesk and Russian assistance to it is a blatant and cynical lie because a humanitarian catastrophe threatens, first of all, Crimea itself: a dry canal, lack of electricity and gas supply, both from Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

Now about Genichesk. In the Genichesky district today there is enough gas that is supplied from the wells on the Arabatsky arrow to meet the needs of all consumers. The problem that arose due to a storm in the Sea of Azov was resolved as early as October 28. Today, we have unused volumes of produced gas and sufficient reserves in the field to confidently meet the winter. ”

The hint is clear. “Ukrainian gas, we did not ask for it, you delivered it to us yourself, we don’t have to, and we won’t pay.” But they will tear three skins from their own population, and in the case of a closed valve, people will be frozen from the principle.

In short, “everything is fine, beautiful marquise, except for a trifle.” Because at the moment when Genichesk and the Kherson region burst into flames and “engage in separatism,” the Kyiv junta will have no one to blame but themselves. With such “patriots” there is no need for any external enemies. If things continue in the same spirit, then the restoration of the Tauride province within its old borders is within easy reach.

The fruit will ripen and fall into Russia's hands.
