“Kherson is on the verge of extremely dangerous and radical actions”
The Ukrainian intelligence services are fully involved in Petro Poroshenko’s project to create a fake “independent Church” - dossiers and incriminating evidence are secretly collected on the priests of the Moscow Patriarchate and the politicians who support them, and repressive actions are being prepared.
The corresponding data was published by ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko, citing a memo from the Kherson SBU department, the text of which was partially restored after an attempt to destroy the document.
It is interesting that, according to the intelligence service, not only the priests of the UOC-MP are trying to interfere with Poroshenko’s plans, as well as representatives of the Opposition Bloc, who are using the sympathies of residents of the South-East, but Yulia Tymoshenko’s Batkivshchyna, who are interested in the failure of the current president’s project.
Moreover, from the SBU note it follows that the governor of the Kherson region Andrey Gordeev was also among the unreliable.
“Today we are all on the threshold of extremely dangerous and radical actions planned and carried out by Petro Poroshenko and his gang. We are talking about the escalation of the civil war with the organization of confrontation and mass religious clashes throughout Ukraine. This is a religious war!
I got my hands on documents that were thrown out by the Ukrainian State Security Service in the Kherson region and were not destroyed. I also have more documents that I will publish so that you, Kherson residents, know the truth. They testify to the special mission of the advance detachment of the main executioner of the Ukrainian people, in this case, the Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.
This document confirms the absence of even the slightest signs of democracy and legality in the activities of all bodies of the state of Ukraine and its officials. Be it regional state administrations, regional councils, other government bodies and organizations, public organizations. In principle, we see the actions of a well-organized criminal gang that has grown into the state apparatus.
From this document it is clear that things are not going so smoothly for Petro Poroshenko and his gang. Most of the population in the Kherson region, over 40% support the UOC of the canonical (Moscow) Patriarchate. Because of this, most likely, the pompously announced holding of the Unification Council, scheduled for December, may be disrupted.
It is also clear from this document that the authorities are trying to slander, humiliate and desecrate the Bishop of the Novokakhovsk Diocese of the UOC-MP Filaret and the dean of the Eastern District of Kherson, the rector of the Catherine Cathedral, Archpriest Peter Koval,” comments Zhuravko.
“It turns out that Poroshenko does not stand on such a solid “foundation”, since he has no one to rely on in his grandiose scams, since some gendarmes suspect the governor of sabotaging instructions from Kyiv. Such information pleases the healthy public and gives hope for the speedy collapse of the odious fascist regime of Ukraine in the 21st century,” the politician adds.
“We also saw from the SBU concoction that gangs of Nazis and fascists represented by the criminal groups “Svoboda”, “Right Sector”, “National Corps”, “Kherson Self-Defense” and others are “activists of patriotic organizations” with the help of which Poroshenko and his henchmen organize and carry out bloody actions in Kyiv and in the regions. They directly rely on them, support and finance them!
Also, the public was notified in advance that it was SBU provocateurs and agents who, on the night of December 14-15, would paint provocative inscriptions on the walls of the UOC-KP churches under their control, pretending that this was done by supporters of canonical Orthodoxy. So there is already information about who can be caught at night committing vile and criminal incitement of hatred. They kindle everything themselves! This will be read to them during the tribunal that will judge them!” – writes Zhuravko.
He provides the following text of the restored parts of the SBU document (translated into Russian):
“... objective factors regarding the conduct of terrorist activities by Russia. In this regard, the Department is taking measures to document illegal activities to prevent such manifestations from the aggressor country.
The confessional network of the Kherson region consists of 903 religious organizations, including 10 departments, 4 monasteries, 5 missions, ? brotherhoods, 1 theological educational institutions and 882 religious communities.
Orthodoxy remains the strongest denomination: the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate” - over 40%, the UOC-KP - 8,9%, the UAOC - 5,1%. The situation in the religious sphere is characterized by an increase in the activity of supporters of the so-called “Moscow patriarchy,” which continues to exercise a significant influence on the mentality of the population. The clergy is loyal to the pro-Russian terrorist formations “DPR” and “LPR”.
Current information indicates an extremely low level of popular support for autocephaly. The Kherson diocese, led by John, fully supports Metropolitan Onufry, and continues anti-Ukrainian propaganda in the interests of the Russian church.
If the Tomos of autocephaly is granted to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, a mass transition of clergy from the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate” to the United Local Orthodox Church is not expected in the Kherson region.
Previously inclined to support the Local Church, Bishop Filaret of the Novokakhovsk diocese of the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate” and the dean of the Eastern District of Kherson, rector of the Catherine Cathedral, Archpriest Pyotr Koval, took a wait-and-see position. They fear that if the Tomos fails, they will be subject to an anathema (prohibition from taking part in rituals and holding church positions), and also refer to the lack of guarantees of support from government agencies in the event of active opposition from opponents of autocephaly from among their parishioners.
In turn, the Kherson diocese of the UOC of the Kyiv Patriarchate (Archbishop Klimenty) and Bishop of Kherson and Nikolaev UAOC Boris are fully ready to support the initiatives of President P. A. Poroshenko in preparation for the Unification Council on December 15, 2018.
At the same time, the political parties “Opposition Bloc”, “Batkivshchyna”, and separatists will use anti-Ukrainian sentiments in the religious sphere for their own propaganda purposes and discredit the President of Ukraine Poroshenko, which will negatively affect the level of electoral support for the head of state on the eve of the elections.
In particular, the chairman of the regional council V. Manger (Batkivshchyna) and the chairman of the regional organization of the Opposition Bloc V. Fedin (controlled by V. Novinsky) fully support and provide financial support to the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate”.
When making political and personnel decisions, they rely on John’s opinion, and therefore they can make calls to the population to take part in protests, which can be used by the aggressor country Russia to destabilize the situation in the Kherso region.
In addition, the activities of the Chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration A. Gordeev deserve serious operational attention, who, in turn, maintains close unofficial contacts with John and the priests of the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate”. It is predicted that, despite statements in the media, A. Gordeev, if the situation worsens, will sabotage instructions from Kyiv, which, under martial law, will be perceived by local opposition and separatist forces as a weakness of the presidential team.
According to intelligence data, A. Gordeev is not able to ensure proper control over the situation in the region. In his close circle, he determines the desire to run for the post of mayor of Kherson, and has already reached an agreement on joint actions with the current mayor V. Mykolaenko, as well as a number of businessmen who are reasonably suspected by the Ukrainian State Security Service in the Kherson region of carrying out provocations with the aim of disrupting the presidential elections in Ukraine on March 31, 2019 .
At the same time, A. Gordeev, together with I. Pastukh (head of the Black Sea Interregional Directorate of Ukrtransbezopasnosti, A. Yatsenyuk’s connection), are in fact the initiators of a campaign to discredit the former permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea B. Babin, who consistently took measures to decriminalize Henichesk district (chairman of the RGA - A. Vorobyov).
An analysis of operational information shows that in the event of physical clashes between activists of patriotic organizations of the Kherson region and believers of the UOC of the Kyiv Patriarchate with supporters of the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate”, the latter can be supported with “power resources” by the following public associations of an anti-Ukrainian orientation, including:

In this regard, the USBU, within the framework of counterintelligence support of the Unification Council, in order to create the necessary conditions for conducting operational investigative actions against persons from among the supporters of the Russian Church suspected of involvement in the intelligence subversive activities of the intelligence services of foreign states, organizations and groups, has developed a single plan for active measures (code name “Exile”).

– recommend to the management of the Kherson Regional State Administration to carry out preventive measures with road carriers, on the need to refrain from providing transport services to legal entities and individuals affiliated with MP;
– orient the intelligence apparatus to obtain information about the actions of the Kherson diocese, organize a centralized departure of parishioners…….???????? Participation in the actions of the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate”;
– in case of formation of “caravans”, carry out their escort with ???????????????? passengers of each vehicle reliable op????????????????????? Urgent need for Office staff.
2.5. Through operational opportunities in patriotic organizations (Svoboda, Right Sector, National Corps, Kherson Self-Defense, etc.), conduct public actions in support of pro-Ukrainian clergy, participants in the Unification Council and its results.
