Kherson will nationalize the assets of Bandera’s supporters - following the example of Crimea
The Kherson region will use the Crimean experience of nationalizing the property of Ukrainian owners who do not intend to register enterprises under Russian law.
This was stated on Radio Crimea by a deputy of the Kherson Regional Duma, chairman of the committee on national policy, issues of non-profit organizations and interregional relations. Rustem Nimetullaev, reports the correspondent of PolitNavigator.
“I think that the Kherson region will follow this path, and we have such examples. Today, even those enterprises that were abandoned, especially in agriculture, were transferred to temporary management in order to preserve the integrity of the farms and save jobs. And we see that many of those who left return and understand that they want to work and develop in the same industry in which they previously worked,” assured Nimetullaev.
According to the deputy, in the Kherson region it is necessary to make an inventory of enterprises that are not included in the tax base due to the fact that they have not been registered in the Russian Federation.
“It is clear in advance, visible and clear. A holy place is never empty, there are people, there are entrepreneurs-investors who are ready to develop in the Kherson region.
Our first priority is to preserve jobs so that taxes flow into the budget. And today we see that the majority have re-registered in the Russian legal field. They live, develop, receive government subsidies for agriculture, compensation for the harvest of wheat, sunflower, rapeseed, and so on. There is a preferential lending program for agricultural producers up to 3% per annum. And all conditions are being created for agriculture and the economy to develop in the region. This is strictly controlled,” Nimetullaev emphasized.
He recalled that the state development program for the Kherson region has been approved, and from January 1 the law on the Free Economic Zone will come into force, thanks to which permitting procedures in construction, the resort sector and agriculture will be significantly simplified.
“What attracts the most attention today is the agricultural sector. The Kherson region is mostly an agricultural region. And the construction industry, since a new city is being designed on the Arabat Spit at the proposal of the President of the Russian Federation. Plus the tourism industry. We will move in these main directions,” concluded Nimetullaev.
