The Kherson region is preparing for the transition to the Russian education system
From September 1, the Kherson region will switch to education according to Russian standards.
Viktor Yatsenko, member of the central council of the party “A Just Russia – For Truth”, organizer of the Kherson underground, told PolitNavigator about this.
In his opinion, the implementation of Russian standards in the Kherson region will continue, and this concerns not only education and the economy.
“Of course, the Kherson region will switch not only to the Russian ruble, but also to the education system and to economic integration with the Russian Federation. How can you build a proper civil society without history, without proper education? This is the basis of the foundations, therefore, today the heads of military-civil administrations are paying close attention to this.
I am personally grateful to them for this, so that Russian textbooks will be on every desk in the Kherson region on September 1,” Yatsenko said.
Earlier, the first deputy head of the Kherson regional council, a representative of the Ukrainian government, Yuri Sobolevsky, stated in his blog that local teachers will be trained in the Russian educational program in Crimea this summer and threatened with criminal cases:
“I believe that by the first of September the Kherson region will not only be free from orcs, but will also begin to rebuild. And, perhaps, by that time the first sentences under Article 111 (treason) will be heard against the scoundrels who are putting pressure on our teachers today.”
