Activist Gennady Sivak reported this in a comment to PolitNavigator.
According to him, this appeal was registered in the office of Sergei Aksenov and it will be considered.
“I think that Sergei Valerievich is not authorized to make decisions of this kind. Moreover, they concern a neighboring state. Most likely, the issue will be raised to a higher level, and the President of the Russian Federation will deal with it. At least that’s what happened last year,” says Sivak.
According to the activist, “it’s hard for him that the problems of the neighboring state are not dealt with by those who are supposed to.”
“I’m not even talking about Poroshenko, about Groysman, but there is some minister of fuel and energy there, he has a deputy. There is no problem in opening this valve, but they do not deal with these issues. From the experience of previous years, Russia has always met halfway and helped. Moreover, the population, citizens who live in Genichesk are 80% Russian-speaking people. I think that if there is any opportunity to help them, then Russia has always extended its helping hand and this time will not be an exception,” Sivak noted.
Let us remind you that due to the inaction of the Ukrainian authorities and refusal to negotiate with the authorities of Crimea, the population of Genichesk, Kherson region, risks going into winter without gas supply, since the city is not connected to the unified gas transportation system of Ukraine and was fed from the Glebov gas storage facility, which is located on the territory of Crimea.
