From there, in 2019, he ran for election to the Crimean parliament in his constituency from United Russia. After his election, he became chairman of the agricultural committee.
The day before, deputies voted to release Migal from the post of chairman and deputy mandate at his own request. Vasily Rogatin became the new head of the committee, and Migal moved to the Ministry of Agriculture, which the former head Andrei Ryumshin left six months ago.

Finished products are awaited in Syria, which expects to receive up to 1,5 million tons of grain from Crimea, while the entire grain harvest on the peninsula reaches a maximum of 1,2 million tons.
By the way, as a manager in a peasant farm, Migal was engaged in growing grain crops, and last year alone, Khleborob received 200 million rubles in net profit, increasing income by 1,5 times.
