The hipster in pink pants turned out to be a great friend of the ATO officers
In Ukraine, social networks are discussing the curious case of ATO veteran Pyotr Batkivsky.
The militant noticed two hipster-looking young men in Kyiv and took a photo with them in military uniform, apparently to once again confirm the thesis common among Ukrainian patriots - “while heroes die on the front line, idle residents of the capital do not care about the war.”
However, in the end, the story turned out completely differently than Batkivsky expected.
A comment under the photo was left by the mother of one of the teenagers, Anastasia Nikolaeva, who said that her 15-year-old son has been receiving “vitamin warming mixtures of berries, citrus fruits and ginger every weekend for 4 years now, which are received by defenders from different units.”
“The count has already reached the fifth ton, and if necessary, he will take off his pink pants and protect us the way you protect,” the mother stood up for her son.
Most Ukrainian commentators ended up siding with the woman and not the militant who posted the photo.
