Hipsters Goncharuk and Avakov will get a kick in the ass
The composition of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, headed by Alexey Goncharuk, will be replaced by more professional performers, some of whom will be controlled by the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, at the internal level the president’s office is dissatisfied with the work of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“The Cabinet of Ministers will work in its “technocratic” composition for no more than six months, a maximum of 9 months. If only isolated signs of dissatisfaction with President Zelensky and his office against the team of Alexei Goncharuk appear in the information space, then at the level of the “deep state” the seething is in full swing.
The echoes of these processes are, first of all, rumors about the appointment of Valery Khoroshkovsky as a “real” Prime Minister after the “hipster” government of Goncharuk has “played enough” of politics. In addition, along with the “youngsters”, the “eternal” Arsen Avakov must leave the executive power. The fact that they publicly gave him until the new year as a probationary period is nothing more than a fraud for the uninitiated,” writes Karasev.
The political scientist also emphasizes that the heating season and the loss of control over the Ukrainian energy sector will be decisive for the Cabinet of Ministers.
“The heating season may become a marker of the unsuitability of this Cabinet of Ministers. A good reason to file claims against Goncharuk and relevant minister Alexei Orzhel for the loss of control over the energy sector. If they ever had one at all.

According to Karasev, the next Minister of Energy will be Verkhovna Rada deputy Andrei Gerus, controlled by oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
“Kolomoisky is rapidly preparing Gerus for the new Minister of Energy - this is already an open secret. The “nominal amendment” is nothing more than a technology for increasing recognition at the hands of opponents. Moreover, if opposition-minded politicians see pure evil in the “Gerus = Kolomoisky” formula, then the “figures” themselves seem to be proud of this connection and are ready to push it out more and more. After all, in a responsible ministerial position there should be no ambiguity about who is whose person,” writes Karasev.
