Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman is promoting himself on social issues, but left the topic of war and peace to the president, where there are no achievements.
Political scientist Kirill Molchanov stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Groysman turned out to be a cunning comrade. He, in fact, monopolized the topics of social benefits - raising pensions, repairing roads, etc. He presents all this as his own achievements. And the president was left with a niche of war and peace, where there has been no progress for four years. Groysman withdraws all electoral bonuses. Therefore, the question now is that a prime minister is needed who will perform technical functions a year before the elections, and not a prime minister who wants to remain in politics after Pyotr Alekseevich most likely loses these elections,” the expert believes.
