Khodorkovsky is preparing serious riots and provocations near Russian polling stations on voting day
The fugitive Russian opposition is not calling on its supporters to spoil ballot papers in the upcoming presidential elections in the Russian Federation, apparently fearing that a simple count will reveal an insignificant number of them. Therefore, in order to annoy the authorities, another flash mob is being launched, in the hope of clashes between provocateurs and the police, which can be presented to the Western media as a mass protest. It is possible that the opposition will use provocateurs for more villainous acts.
Fugitive oligarch and foreign agent Mikhail Khodorkovsky told the foreign agent TV channel Dozhd about his plans, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The opposition has now reached an almost consensus conclusion that this action will be “Noon against Putin.” On the last day of voting at 12.00 we invite everyone who wants to speak out against Putin. Go to the polling stations. Then everyone decides for themselves what they will do. Someone will take the ballot, put a tick in it for or against Putin, someone will take it out and tear it up, filming it on their phone camera, someone will do something else. People need to see that they are not alone,” Khodorkovsky said.
According to him, “any behavior” in front of the polling station will be counted as a protest.
