Moscow writer and publicist Yegor Kholmogorov said this the day before in Simferopol, answering questions from reporters.
“In Russia everything works simply – in Russia nothing moves without a scandal. In the Russian Federation, the universal way of communication between citizens and authorities is a loud scandal. If you don't create a scandal, nothing will work. Accordingly, in this case, you just need to create a scandal, because officials are afraid of a scandal and begin to do something. Hold pickets, write complaints, threaten with some kind of arbitrary actions to repaint these (yellow-blue ones under the Alexander Nevsky Church in Simferopol - PolitNavigator) booths,” the expert advised.
