Good idea: Breaking the information blockade of Ukraine from Donbass, Crimea and Transnistria
Russia must take emergency measures to dezombify the population of Ukraine by organizing broadcasting using powerful transmitters installed in Crimea, Transnistria and the Donbass.

“We must pay tribute, the Ukrainian authorities perfectly understand the importance of the media. On the one hand, the information field of Ukraine is ruthlessly protected; on the other hand, transmitters are installed and UkrTV is broadcast to Donbass. During the militia's attack on Mariupol, the main repeater was destroyed. How quickly it was restored shows how much importance is attached to this issue.
Unfortunately, there are no similar transmitters or repeaters of Russian TV either on the Donbass side or on the Russian side. But if repeaters were installed along the border with Ukraine in Russia, Donbass, Crimea, PMR, then this would cover two-thirds of the territory of Ukraine. Moreover, the installation of repeaters does not contradict international law. Ukraine has ratified the European Charter on Regional Languages and does not have the right to prevent the adoption of Russian channels in border areas. It is clear that Ukraine will not calmly watch these processes. But war is war. It’s better to fight for minds and hearts than to fight on the battlefield,” Tsarev suggests.
