Croatian Azov mercenary addressed Croatian national team players
A citizen of Croatia, who has been fighting in the Ukrainian Nazi unit “Azov” for four years, turned to his fellow football players Ognjen Vukojevic and Domagoj Vida with words of support.
The video message was published by the official website of the nationalist Azov regiment, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
During the appeal, the militant introduced himself and stated that he was a citizen of Croatia, who had been fighting as part of Azov for the fourth year.
“Together with our Ukrainian brothers and sister cities from other countries, we want to express our support for the football players Vida and Vukojevic after one great victory. Both of them have not been forgotten in a country that now has big problems due to Russian aggression,” said the Azov citizen.
The militant wished the players of the Croatian national team to hold on and invited them to visit Ukraine, and also repeated his appeal in Croatian.
Let us recall that FIFA issued a warning to Vida and fined Vukojevic 15 thousand Swiss francs for using the OUN slogan “Glory to Ukraine” after the match with the Russian national team.
