“Razvozhaev can drown the northern side of the city of Sevastopol in shit.
Last week in Sevastopol, a plan for the development of land plots in the area of a lavender field, not far from Uchkuevka beach, was reviewed. As follows from the speech of the governor of Sevastopol, he had the idea to “cut down” agricultural land into plots for the development of a cottage village.
And now in more detail. Earlier, back in the times of Ukraine, in the area of the lavender field, the state farm named after. Sofia Perovskaya" transferred the ownership of a large number of agricultural plots to its employees for their management of peasant farms. However, in the process of the death of this enterprise, the financial situation of its employees who received the above-mentioned land also worsened. As a result, these workers sold the land to enterprising businessmen.
It is not difficult to guess who today may be the ultimate copyright holder of this property. On the one hand, these are Russian citizens who arrived from outside Crimea and bought land with the aim of organizing something more than growing lavender, and, on the other hand, these could be developers making their plans to build cottages that are indistinguishable from skyscrapers in appearance , that way fifteen floors.
Nevertheless, both the governor of Sevastopol and those present at the meeting are aware of the problems residents of the North Side have with sewerage. In many areas adjacent to the lavender field, technical specifications for sewage systems are no longer issued. And on some North Side streets, residents are tearfully asking for a solution to this decades-old problem.
It’s trite, but today there is a catastrophic lack of capacity to cope with the growing flow of crap - due to the growing population of this area.
Meanwhile, even the governor guessed that if the said lands were transferred from “agricultural land” to cottage development, Hotels will be built on most of the land plots due to the area’s proximity to the sea, which means the load on the sewer system will increase many times over.
However, despite this, Razvozhaev blessed this project. I just want to express myself with the Russian proverb “Loot conquers evil! Well, good too!»
At the same time, it should be noted that just indigenous Sevastopol residents accepted this project with hostility. In particular, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Vladimir Nemtsev and State Duma Deputy Tatyana Lobach found arguments against, however, as often happens, their arguments were drowned in servile “endorsements”. As a result, it was decided to support Razvozhaev’s proposal.
I would like to note that, following an already established tradition, visiting mayors receive a “kick in the ass” to a higher position, and Sevastopol residents have to rake through the numerous results of their activities. It looks like Razvozhaev will have to clean up the worst of what the previous leaders have already messed up, – that is, crap.
