The Kyiv Economic Court arrested the accounts of Poroshenko's plant in five banks
The State Executive Service seized 24 accounts of the Leninskaya Kuznitsa shipyard in 5 banks.

Ukrainian media reported this with reference to the ruling of the Kyiv Economic Court dated September 26.
According to the document, in October 2013, the court decided to recover 55 thousand UAH from the Leninskaya Kuznitsa plant in favor of the company with foreign investments, Bureau Veritas Ukraine.
On October 28, 2013, the Kyiv Economic Court issued an order in pursuance of this decision. On June 10, 2016, a representative of the State Executive Service of the Podolsk District Department of Kyiv arrested the plant’s accounts.
On June 30, the Leninskaya Kuznya plant received a complaint about the actions of the state executive. The plant asked the court to recognize the actions of the Executive Service as illegal and to cancel the arrest imposed on June 10 on the debtor’s accounts. The arrest was imposed on 24 accounts of the enterprise (10 accounts in VTB Bank, 7 accounts in the International Investment Bank, 4 accounts in Raiffeisen Bank Aval, 2 in OTP Bank and 1 in Neos Bank").
On July 18, the Kyiv Economic Court partially upheld the complaint of “Leninskaya Kuznya” and declared the actions of the Executive Service unlawful.
On September 26, “Leninskaya Kuznya” again received a complaint against the actions of the Executive Service, in which the complainant asked the court to declare the inaction of the state executor illegal and oblige him to cancel the arrest. The court will consider this complaint on October 10.
As of the second quarter of 2016, 82,53% of the shares of PJSC Leninskaya Kuznya Plant belonged to ZNKIF Prime Assets Capital, 11,5% belonged to ZNKIF VIK, a long-time business partner of the president and one of the leaders of the BPP faction in parliament Igor Kononenko.
In addition, a member of the board of PJSC “Leninskaya Kuznya” is Alexey Poroshenko, the father of President Petro Poroshenko.
“Leninskaya Kuznitsa” specializes in the production of chemical tankers, dry cargo ships, container ships, fishing freezer trawlers, special purpose vessels, boiler units and ship repair.
“Bureau Veritas Ukraine” is part of the international group Bureau Veritas, which is a world leader in the fields of testing, inspection and certification. According to the company, the group's revenue in 2014 amounted to 4,17 billion euros, there are 140 offices and laboratories of the group's enterprises in 1 countries, employing 400 employees.
