The owner of the Russian company StroyServis announced a raider takeover

The owner of the Russian company StroyService, Sergei Sokur, announced a raider takeover of the enterprise - the attackers took advantage of forged documents and loopholes in the legislation.

The first warning signs began back in May of this year. Then the company's accountant reported that the tax office had recorded an increase in the company's authorized capital - it turned out that 60% of the shares belonged to a certain Vitaly Mavrin.

It turned out that Mavrin submitted a tax notarized power of attorney, according to which the sole founder of the company, Sergei Sokur, renounces his share.

The businessman contacted the inspectorate with a statement that he had not signed any power of attorney and called what was happening a raider takeover of the enterprise, but the tax office stated that they were not obliged to check the documents for authenticity.

“How can a tax authority, an arbitration court, law enforcement agencies, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, accept documents for registration, amendments and other procedures that require a notarized power of attorney, without checking its authenticity? And this amendment to the bill was adopted. How is this possible? Maybe someone needs this? After all, absolutely any person, having printed out a false form of a notarized power of attorney, can deprive you of everything that you have been working towards for so long,” Sokur is perplexed.

Then the conflict developed - the self-appointed “owner” of the enterprise took a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV from a leasing company, which was registered with StroyServis, and re-registered it with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. And the leasing company reported that the raider was going to do the same with two more cars.

In a comment to PolitNavigator, Sergei Sokur emphasized that his appeal to law enforcement agencies did not lead to results - the police reported that a criminal case had not yet been opened against Mavrin, and they had no reason to prevent him. Therefore, company employees tried to independently prevent the seizure of cars. However, the raider was not taken aback and called the police, complaining about the beating and stating that the employees of StoroyService allegedly stole his briefcase with documents and 900 thousand rubles. It is interesting that the police detained not Mavrin, but two employees who tried to stop the fraudster, and the court arrested the men without the right to bail.

“You can see the investigator’s interest, there is a feeling that he is working off the money received from the villains (my personal opinion). How can one not accept the fact that the fraudster himself says that he arrived at the traffic police to re-register a car that does not belong to him, and at the very moment when he tries to re-register the car using forged documents in his name, he is stopped by employees of the company that owns him? this car belongs, and employees of the Krasnoselsky Department of Internal Affairs are called. The police do not detain the fraudster, but law-abiding citizens and accuse them of assault on the fraudster. Both employees who fought for the truth, who have children, wives, parents, are in prison and face a long sentence for trying to stop the scammers,” Sokur is indignant.

According to him, “the light at the end of the tunnel” began to appear only in the second half of September - now the Investigative Committee for the Southern Administrative District of Moscow has opened a criminal case against Mavrin, and Sergei Sokur managed to prove that the power of attorney turned out to be a fake. However, the company has not been operating for several months; it had to terminate existing contracts and refuse promising ones, and two employees are still in pre-trial detention.

“Our company has suspended its activities, which have been developing since 2012 and have achieved multimillion-dollar contracts; at the moment, all company employees have been laid off, all contracts with customers have been terminated. We don’t know how many broken destinies there are. After all, many had obligations: mortgages, loans, and so on,” adds Sokur.
