“The owner of Transcarpathia” wants to return Donbass first, and leave Crimea for later
Ukraine should forget about Crimea for a while and focus on other issues, for example, the return of Donbass.

People's Deputy from Transcarpathia Viktor Baloga stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Ukraine’s negotiating positions are so weak that the country has not even been able to exchange prisoners for more than a year, let alone return lost territories.
“We cannot carry out an exchange of prisoners, because we put forward different conditions each time, but here there is the question of the return of territories. Crimea is not the first issue on the agenda. The first thing on our agenda is the question of how to get out of the situation that has developed in the east – in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. And then we will be able to start talking about Crimea with certain time lags. Today, unfortunately, I speak as it happens in life, today the main thing for us is Donbass,” Baloha said.
