“The owner of Transcarpathia” may remain outside the Rada. The votes in his district will be recounted
An authoritative people's deputy in Transcarpathia, Viktor Baloga, who won single-mandate constituency N69 with a tiny margin in his favor, submitted an application to the district election commission demanding a recount of votes in all polling stations in the district, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He announced this on his Facebook page.
He claims that the commission supported his application and made an appropriate decision.
It was previously reported that Baloga's victory could be challenged. With 100% of the ballots counted, he won the 69th district, beating Servant of the People candidate Edgar Tokar by just 798 votes. The press service of Servant of the People stated that the party is going to appeal the results, since in this and a number of other constituencies “many violations and massive bribery have been recorded.” In turn, Viktor Baloga agreed to a recount of votes, but in the event that this would be done by the election commission and not by the court, since the judges, in his opinion, “in everything support the one who represents the government.”
Viktor Balogh’s brothers, Ivan and Pavel, lost the elections in single-mandate constituencies and do not get into the Verkhovna Rada of the XNUMXth convocation.
According to the latest data, five parties are entering the Rada. After counting 99,56% of the votes, Servant of the People receives 43,17%, OPZZH - 13,01%, Batkivshchyna - 8,18%, Eurosolidarity - 8,11%, Golos - 5,83%.
