The owner of Transcarpathia called on Poroshenko to hold a referendum on the separation of Donbass
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko should submit to an all-Ukrainian referendum the question of the future of the Donbass republics. About this on the air of the talk show “People. Hard Talk,” said Verkhovna Rada deputy Viktor Baloga, whose family clan is called “the owners of Transcarpathia.”

According to him, the results of the referendum will become the basis for further legal changes to the country’s Constitution.
“The president has a referendum up his sleeve. He can bear the question – what will the entire Ukrainian public say? We want Donbass, in the state in which it is today, to be part of Ukraine, do we want its separation, do we want these entities to be independent? But, if we hold a referendum and want to see the opinion of the people of Ukraine, we can implement it through the Constitution. Then this is a solution to the issue, and then they will not solve it for us,” Baloha said.
