Chronicles of dignity: drunken Kiev residents with weapons attacked a courier, beat him and stole pizza
In Kyiv, unknown persons, using physical force and threatening with weapons, beat a courier and stole his pizza.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police.
“At about five o’clock in the morning, a message was received from a pizzeria employee that two unknown men, threatening with weapons, beat him and took away his pizza. At the scene, the victim said that the service had received an order for pizza delivery. Arriving at the indicated address, he was met by two unknown men who attacked him, beat him and robbed him. They fled the scene, and the 36-year-old victim immediately reported the incident to the police. Law enforcement officers began searching for the perpetrators and detained them within a few hours. It was established that these were local residents who were intoxicated,” the report says.
Based on this fact, criminal proceedings were initiated under Part 2 of Art. 187 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The perpetrators were chosen as a preventive measure - detention, they face up to ten years in prison.
