All the warring parties in Donbass want is to see information in OSCE reports about who is guilty of provocations.
First Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM Alexander stated this during a briefing in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This year we have confirmed 183 civilian casualties - 34 dead and 149 injured. At the same time, Hug complained that in OSCE reports everyone certainly wants to see the guilty party, and not an abstract picture of the horror of what is happening.
“All they care about is who opened fire first. All they want to do is put the blame on someone else. For them, this is not reality, but a game of finding the guilty. They muffle the facts through a historical and political prism,” said Alexander Hug.
