The Ukrainian parliament must recognize the genocide of Ukrainians by Poland, the organizer of the Maidan medical service and ex-Minister of Health Oleg Musiy said during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.

He harshly criticized the Polish Sejm for the “hasty, biased and falsified decision” to recognize the Volyn massacre as genocide by the Pole by Ukrainian nationalists.
“The Ukrainian parliament pretends that nothing happened,” the politician was indignant. – How long will we bury our heads in the sand and pretend that they are waiting for us in the EU, that we have great friends there who, with their manipulative technologies, recognize the genocide of Polish citizens who lived on the territory of Poland, by these same Polish citizens. Only in the territory of my native Soklshchyna, the Home Army and Polish troops burned 32 villages with the majority of people and churches where these people were located.”
The deputy also said, citing unnamed historical research, that since 1919 the Poles have killed 250 thousand Ukrainians, and also drew attention to the Vistula operation and the deportation of 850 thousand Ukrainians.
“I demand that my resolution [on the victims of genocide committed by the Polish state against Ukrainians] numbered 5012 be included in the agenda, and that all people’s deputies become the authors of this resolution. We are a proud nation and are able to respond proudly,” Musiy called.
