"CyberBerkut" hacked the Mykolaiv regional council: officials liked it
Nikolaev, November 24 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – “CyberBerkut” hacked the website of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, but officials, three days later, were unable to resume work.

Visitors to the resource, instead of the usual sections with news and information, were greeted by a photo of US Vice President Joseph Biden and the inscription “Joseph Biden is the master of the fascists,” the publication reports "Details.mk".
“The department for combating cybercrime of the police of the Nikolaev region has established the fact of defacement of the site (replacement of the initial page of the site) of the Nikolaev regional council,” said the public relations sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region.
Information about the event is entered into the Unified Accounting Journal, materials are being collected to begin a pre-trial investigation on the grounds of Part 1 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Unauthorized interference with the operation of electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or telecommunication networks,” law enforcement officers informed.
